“PEN’S ART”: SHIPPING METHODS

The time between order and shipment range between 1-2 business days as long as the product is in stock.

In special and rare cases (e.g. heavy workloads, Christmas, Easter, bad weather in case of remote areas where shipping is or might be prohibitive, errors and omissions of the courier company etc.) shipping time may change.

Caution!.
Shipping products overseas (Europe, America, etc.) can only be by ELTA (HELLENIC POST).
Shipping costs 11 euros per product.
With purchases over 150 euros, shipping is free.

The following shipping methods are mentioned only for Greece!

  1. ACS COURIER

For quick and secure service, “pensart.gr” cooperates with ACS courier services.

Delivery time is estimated between 2-3 business days with the exception of close to border, remote or inaccessible areas/regions where it may take 4 or more days.

Shipping costs start from € 4,00 for all Greece and up to 2 kg (and then € 2,00 for every extra kilo) unless your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS list. In this case you’ll have to pick up your order from the nearest ACS store or you may pay an extra charge for your location. You will be informed by phone for the total cost. Saturday deliveries require an extra € 2,00 charge.

Once your order is delivered to ACS, you can check the progress on the ACS website, “https://www.acscourier.net/” by entering the shipment number or by calling ACS (2108190000 and 8015001111 for wired phones).

  1. SPEEDEX COURIER

For fast and secure services, “pensart.gr” also cooperates with SPEEDEX courier services.

  1. ELTA (HELLENIC POST)

The cost start from € 4 for packages up to 1 kg and then is increased by € 0,50 per 1 kg.

It should be noted that delivery time, depending on the destination, may be up to 4 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. In any case, you’ll be informed about the delivery status of your order.

  1. DELIVERY FROM THE SHOP

You can pick up your order from our shop, which is located in Pythagorion of Samos without any charge. You’ll find us in:

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways!

  • CREDIT CARD

“Visa”, “MasterCard” and “Diners” credit cards and “Visa” and “MasterCard” debit and prepaid cards are all accepted at “www.pensart.gr”. In some of the abovementioned cards a number of installments are offered (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48). Note that the real annual interest rate is 8,9%, and that both the interest and interest-free installments, as well as the 8,90% interest rate, applies only for on-line orders.

Until full payment, the products remain property of the seller.

  • PAYPAL

You can also pay using your “PayPal” account. In this case you’ll be redirected to “PayPal’s” login page. Your account will be charged the day you place your order with us. If you don’t own a “PayPal” account, you can easily and immediately create one by clicking here (you’ll be redirected to “PayPal” login page). For more information about “PayPal” services you should refer to the official “PayPal” website.

“PayPal” payments are only available for on-line orders (“www.pensart.gr”). You’ll receive your order via ACS, in your location or you can collect it from an ACS store.

  • PAY ON DELIVERY (Only in Greek territory)

For those who prefer a more traditional method, you can pay at the time of delivery (via ACS, SPEEDEX or ELTA). This method of payment applies to all Greece.

For this service ACS charges € 2,00, SPEEDEX’s charge is € 2 and ELTA charges € 2.

  • BANK TRANSFER

You can make your payment via your Bank account, with no additional procedures or shipping costs.

Place your order on-line or by phone.

Once your order is ready we inform you, by phone or e-mail, about the exact cost.

Deposit or transfer the corresponding amount to our account in one of the following banks using your full name as a reason.

If you choose to pay (cash or credit card) for your order in our store you can do so. More, in our store you can see the products up close before making any decision.

Below are the terms and conditions under which a product can be returned.

  1. The consumer may exercise the right to return the product(s) within 14 days following delivery. The consumer also has the right to unjustified refund of the paid amount, without restrictions or conditions.
  2. The consumer must keep the original packaging and keep the product in its original condition.

In the case of return

  1. Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipment.
  2. Place, inside the package you made, a document stating how you would like us to resolve the pending issue, provided that the product is eligible for refund.
  3. Send the package through the same courier service you received it, with the note “care of Returns Department”.

Please note that the return costs are paid by the customer.

We would like to inform you that if the product you received and want it returned do not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at its own expense.
