Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call or email us to arrange payment over the phone, by Cheque or by Bank Transfer. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Please do so quite quickly as we prepare and post most orders the same working day. When we receive your order, we will automatically send you an email detailing the order, our contact details and the returns policy which can be seen below too. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will notify you immediately. You will then have the option to cancel the order or we will normally offer a substitute.

Shipping And Handling

See our Delivery Information page which can be accessed by clicking the link at the top left of every page on this site. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We are given a payment successful notification and are not able to see any numbers or card information.

Privacy Policy

Niche Pens Limited do not generally disclose buyers’ information to third parties and certainly do not sell them. We may disclose limited information, including name, delivery address and items order to a supplier to directly dispatch an item to the buyer and will almost certainly always give name and delivery information to Royal Mail or a courier company for the purposes of order delivery.

We operate an service review system through Trustpilot and will generally provide an email address to their automated system so that an invitation will be sent to the buyer’s provided email address. Trustpilot will have no access to a buyers payment information, but will be provided with a name and email address in order to send the review on our behalf. If you would like for this to not be done, please let us know in the ‘Shipping Notes’ section of the order process.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
